When I was thinking of selling Festino Fuel Co. a mutual friend had always told me when I was ready to sell to let him know because he wanted to introduce me to Charlie. Fast forward he set up a dinner meeting and during my conversation with Charlie I immediately knew this was the man I wanted to hand over my accounts to. We thought alike and were brought up to know that our customers were vital to our success which required dedication and hard work. It has been 13 years since I made that decision and I feel the same way today as I did then, people ask me when are you going to retire? My answer is always, I work with great people in a great environment, we all have the same goal, we are like a family and I work for a good honest man and his family, so why would I retire?
