I am an accomplished Office Manager with extensive experience in customer service leadership and financial operations. Currently serving at Cubby Oil since April 2024, I oversee a dedicated CSR team, manage daily communications, resolve account issues, and handle data input for accounts payable.
My career spans over 25 years in the oil industry in which I had many roles, following early roles in a family-owned Dry-Cleaning business, pre-school teacher, and banking. My expertise includes vendor relationships, organizational leadership, financial management, and problem-solving, complemented by a reputation for being trustworthy, hardworking, and highly skilled at multitasking.
Grounded in family values and a strong work ethic, I attribute my success to the principles instilled in me from an early age. Transitioning to Cubby Oil was a significant change, but the company welcomed me with open arms and placed immense trust in my abilities—a gesture for which I remain deeply grateful.
