With over 20 years of experience as a bank manager and a background in entrepreneurship, I joined Cubby Oil in 2022, seeking a fresh and meaningful change. Growing up in a family of business owners, I was drawn to Cubby’s remarkable legacy and family-oriented values. During my interview, meeting Charlie and seeing his pride in the company—along with the vibrant team and impressive fleet of oil and service trucks—made me realize this was exactly where I wanted to be.
Starting as a Customer Service Representative, I was grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a company with such deep roots and a strong commitment to its employees and customers. Since then, I’ve transitioned into the role of Sales Manager, leading an incredible sales team that makes each day inspiring and rewarding. I feel truly fortunate to be part of the Cubby family and look forward to every day with a sense of purpose and gratitude.
