If you read Mike Dupuis’ letter, you know that he is retiring, and bringing his company, Anderson Oil Services, into the Cubby family. We’re excited to join companies and offer even more services to you. Cubby Oil & Energy has been a local fixture for 78 years, with over a thousand five- star reviews. We’ve worked hard to build a company that is friendly, responsive and dependable. We have caring, dedicated employees. They are trained and licensed to do the job right. Most importantly, they take pride in taking care of you, no matter what Mother Nature throws our way.

What happens next?

We’ve worked hard with Mike to make this change as easy as possible for you. We have all your records and have added them to our system. And, of course, Anne, Cheryl, Carlos, Ronnie, Ed and Bill are still with us.

Eventually, your account number will change. We’ll provide that information in a few weeks. On the back, you’ll find answers to common questions. For the most part, very little will change, except for some things we think you’ll like. Together, we can offer you more options and more support staff than you experienced before.

• We’ll have many more service technicians and delivery trucks, so we can get to you quickly with the help you need.
• Our pricing approach is identical.
• We install and service heating and cooling equipment to make your home comfortable year-round.
• We offer price caps, monthly payment plans, and service plans. You can enroll on the Cubby website or on the Cubby app. You can even pay your bill online with your credit card or eCheck.
• We have the best service team in the business. We’re ready to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, all year long.
