Going the Extra Mile

Lisa C., a Cubby customer since 2006, called us one morning in February to tell us her boiler had failed.

Although this happened when there were significant challenges, such as supply issues and staffing shortages, our service team sprang into action. Through great teamwork, we had a new boiler installed in Lisa’s home that very day.

Lisa said: “It was a huge relief to get my new boiler installed so quickly. I can’t thank Cubby enough for coming through in my time of need, I know I can always rely on them to keep my family warm and safe!”
