As another heating season slowly winds down, I wanted to thank you for your continued business and the trust you have placed in us to keep you comfortable in your home. With our 75th Anniversary quickly approaching, I wanted to share some somber news.
My father, Tony, one of the founders of our company, passed away suddenly on April 16th. He served in the U.S. Army for two years during WWII in the 3rd Battalion, 11th Infantry.
At the age of 95, he was still driving to the office daily and working hard to make sure we continued to take care of our customers. He loved this company and his customers very much.
Though he will be sorely missed, his legacy lives on through our continued commitment to deliver the best service possible to you, our customers and friends.
I was lucky enough to work with my father for the last 36 years, and now have the opportunity to work with my eldest son, Tony, every day. With his help, I am confident that we can continue to provide the necessary technology and programs to make your experience with us even easier and more reliable.
As our fuel becomes cleaner and more renewable, and our heating equipment more efficient, our future remains bright because we had an amazing mentor, leader and role model for almost 75 years.
