We just wanted to mention that we have had your services for the past two years and wanted to say how very happy we are that we selected you for our oil company. We have been in Waltham for nearly four years and you are the first company that we really have felt comfortable with in terms of all that you offer.
As folks who grew up in Cambridge, we were both familiar with your name and company but for some reason we did not choose you as our first oil company. That was a mistake on our part! You folks are great and with the most recent oil burner full service we feel very comfotable with your service and staff. When you folks say you will do something on a particular day, you are there without a question or problem.
The first year we had you deliver oil, you came and inspected and cleaned our oil burner without charge. Who does that any more?
